The International Office at ESMT manages the exchange programs at the School. To support our team, we are looking for a

**Student Assistant - International Office**
(M/F/x, part-time - 15 hours/week, to start as soon as possible)
- This is a working student (Werkstudent) position only.

**You will**
- Work in close cooperation with the international office team, supporting the team in organizational aspects of managing the Erasmus exchange program
- Provide friendly and efficient administrative service to the participants of the Erasmus+ exchange program
- Track and follow up on required documentation for outgoing Erasmus students and staff; ensure it is complete and accessible for audit purposes
- Maintain program-related databases, prepare and disseminate reports
- Assist in briefing the outgoing and incoming Erasmus students and updating relevant forms and information

**You are qualified for this position, because you**
- Are currently enrolled as a student in a fulltime bachelor or master program, for at least another year
- Can fluently communicate in English, German is a plus
- Enjoy working in a meticulous as well as service-oriented matter, with strong attention to details
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Value a well-structured, attentive approach to organization, time-, and office-management
- Are able to work independently, think strategically and analytically
- Know how to work with the MS Office suit (especially Excel)
