Senior Finance Transformation Specialist

We are looking for a **Senior Finance Transformation Specialist (all genders)** **to join the Transformation & Automation team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your mission**:

- You will lead global transformation projects to bring finance to the next level, overseeing and coordinating process improvement & technology implementation initiatives
- You analyze, design, optimize, standardize and rollout end-to-end finance processes (Lead to Cash, Source to Pay, Payroll, etc)
- You will drive process performance and actively find improvement opportunities and areas for automation & optimization
- You will model comprehensive business and technical process architectures in BPMN 2.0
- You will collaborate closely with Robotic Process Automation and product teams - supporting them in understanding Finance business needs.
- You prepare and lead transformation workshops with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization, effectively managing communication & priorities

**Your heroic skills**:

- You have 5+ years of working experience in finance transformation, business process management, or management consulting
- You have an exceptional academic record with a University degree in, ideally, Finance, Engineering or Business
- You have strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations, and drive actions
- You have process-oriented and problem-solving attitude as well as strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality
- Proven experience working with complex, global organizations in projects related to process standardization and digitization
- Clear, concise and articulate communication and advisory complex and conceptual topics is required for success
- You are flexible and can adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments.
- You thrive in a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment
- Highly motivated and able to thrive as an individual contributor and work autonomously

**Nice to have**:

- You are familiar with Process Mining and Business process management tools (e.g. Signavio)
- BPM, Six Sigma and/or Lean experience
