We are looking for a Senior Finance Transformation Expert - Target Operating Model (all genders) to join the Transformation & Automation team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your mission**:

- You will support on defining and designing an integrated or stand-alone Finance sub-function (Finance Target Operating Model Design) including process landscape, organizational structures and technology infrastructure
- You will support and design company integrations and separations with a focus on Finance Transformation for Finance sub-processes
- You will advise on the implementation of necessary organizational, process and system adjustments for Finance function and sub-processes
- You will be part of developing (interim) concepts, among other aspects for the operational aspects on Finance Transformation for Finance and sub-processes
- You will support in mobilizing transformation initiatives utilizing the operating model design framework

**Your heroic skills**:

- You have 5+ years of working experience in finance transformation especially on designing Target Operating Models, business process management, or management consulting
- You have an exceptional academic record with a University degree in, ideally, Finance, Engineering or Business
- You are knowledgeable with experience of process design and automation and provide expert knowledge on the solution of the target operating model
- You have process-oriented and problem-solving attitude as well as strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality
- Proven experience in driving improvements to delivery models, including the introduction of standardized and digitized processes, standardization of project and program management in complex and global organization
- You are flexible and can adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments
- Highly motivated and able to thrive as an individual contributor and work autonomously

**Nice to have**:

- You are familiar with Process Mining and Business process management tools (e.g. Signavio)
- BPM, Six Sigma and/or Lean Project Management and SAP experience
