Claims Agent Intern

As a Claims Agent Intern, you will be part of our Customer Support team in our centrally-located Berlin office, focusing on claims management and operational issue resolution. As part of this role, you will:

- Manage and document claims by ensuring timely and accurate submissions to our partners.
- Investigate lost or damaged shipments, working with carriers to secure resolutions for our merchants.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting data-driven automation decisions.
- Keep merchants informed throughout the claims process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Tech and Operations teams to enhance claims handling and dispute resolution. Optimize internal workflows to improve efficiency as Hive continues to scale.

**Your Profile**:
We are looking for someone who:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple claims simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in logistics, customer support, and operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you will be handling carrier and merchant interactions.
- Fluency in English (C1 level). German (C1) is strongly recommended.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or data analysis tools is a plus.
