Visual Asset Management (VAAAM) focuses on the documentation and clearance of copy
- and personality rights (IP) and actively monitoring, identifying, and resolving unwanted reputational risks and commercial exploitations around the IP of content creators and owners. We are a Legal Tech company with ambitious growth plans.

To support our legal team, we are looking for ambitious, talented, and motivated Case Management Intern(s). As an intern, you are working directly with the management team on several projects. You will be a full member of the team and can take over responsibility from the start.

Tasks
- Work closely with the Senior Case Manager and Legal Team to provide a superior experience for our clients and their copyright cases
- Prepare, document, and manage customer-related cases and data within our internal CRM system Processing and assistance with customer enquiries
- Establish and nurture important client and legal partnerships worldwide
- Conduct various research tasks related to copyright claims to support the Client Service and Inhouse Legal team
- Evaluate strategies, identify process inefficiencies and come up with optimization measures related to case management and claims
- Support other departments in client service, account management and marketing measures

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to learn
- Good communication and organization skills
- Service-oriented, hands-on, pragmatic and “can-do” attitude
- Structured way of working, good research capabilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
- English (fluent), German (basic)
- Enjoy working with an international team
- Bachelor/Master's students in legal, business or related fields
- Passion for visual media content, as well as innovative technology
- 3-6 months availability
