Accounts Payable Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- You are responsible for the registration, checking and booking of incoming invoices in SAP MM/FI (using electronic workflows)- In addition, you take over the account reconciliation and account clarification (incl. WERE account reconciliation)- You prepare and execute the timely payment runs- You stay in close contact with international suppliers- You process the intercompany accounting- In SAP, you maintain master records- You participate in interdepartmental projects- Last but not least, you support the automation of processes
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed your commercial training- You own several years of professional experience in accounts payable- You work confidently with MS Office and are proficient with SAP R3 (FI, MM modules)- Experience in scanning and workflow processes is an advantage- You are characterized by discretion, reliability, willingness to work in a team, initiative and commitment- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
