These exciting tasks await you:

  • Assuming project responsibility in the context of challenging, strategic S/4HANA (GROW/RISE) project implementations 
  • Implementation of project goals, taking into account costs, opportunities and risks 
  • Preparation of budget, time and resource planning as well as analysis and processing of change requests 
  • Coaching and coordination of interdisciplinary project staff and teams 
  • Creating project documentation and reports for project stakeholders 
  • Representing SYNTAX to the customer 
  • Professional sales support in certain phases of the project and in building and expanding our customer relationships 
  • Recognizing and proactively handling problems, including the development of proposed solutions, taking into account economic and capacity-related aspects 
  • Contributing to the further development of our project management methodology 

Your profile:

  • You have several years of sound experience in project management in manufacturing industries and in leading project teams, ideally in a consulting environment 
  • Knowledge of the current SAP product portfolio, in particular SAP S/4HANA RISE and GROW
  • Knowledge of the SAP Activate project method 
  • Knowledge of various implementation models (onsite, offshore, on demand) and different project management methods (e.g. Scrum, PMI etc.) 
  • You are characterized in projects by strong communication and moderation skills, high customer orientation and a high level of social competence
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (also internationally) to Weinheim and to the customer depending on the requirements of the project / customer
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
