**Responsibilities**:
- You will be self-responsible to validate invoices from OCR software and check incoming invoices with regard to their accuracy under tax law, followed by processing and posting invoices in an electronic workflow (FI and MM) and lastly to prepare, execute and check payment runs.
- Assisting with account reconciliation, IC reconciliation and IC clearing and supplier master data maintenance are also part of tasks.
- In addition you will be involved in international automation projects to optimize the processes in accounts payable accounting.
- The cooperation and communication with other functions in both English and German will accompany you in daily business.
**Qualifications**:
- You are currently enrolled at a university with major / interest in finance and accounting.
- Your accuracy allows you to work reliably.
- You have an independent and responsible way of working in a team.
- Due to your excellent communication skills in German and English, you have no issues communicating in international teams.
- You bring good computer skills, especially MS Office.
