**About the Role**:
We are looking for an ambitious Founders Associate (d/f/m) that works closely with our founders and leadership team. You'll report directly to our CEO and empower our management team and advisory board to execute on our vision and strategy, driving sustainable growth for the company. This role requires both a high level of strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution. As a high-visibility role, excellent communication skills are crucial for your success, working closely with the team, managers, and investors.

The start date is December 2024, the work location is Berlin (hybrid), and the salary starts at €55k gross / annum, based on relevant experience and qualifications. This position is available on a full-time basis.

**What you will** do**:

- ** Goal Setting & Execution**: You'll lead our annual and quarterly goal-setting process (OKRs), enabling the execution of our strategy
- ** Board Management**:You'll support our CEO in managing the advisory board, preparing and joining quarterly board meeting
- ** Leadership Support**: You'll prepare and facilitate weekly, monthly, and annual leadership meetings to align strategy and execution
- ** Project Management**: You'll establish strong project management skills across the organization and lead key strategic projects
- ** Strategy Offsites**: You'll prepare the agenda for our regular strategy offsites with the team and document outcomes and actions
- ** Communication**: You'll prepare and facilitate our weekly team update communications and monthly all-hands meetings
- ** Fundraising**: You'll collaborate with our founders on creating pitch decks, preparing business data, and the due diligence process

**Minimum qualifications**:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience working closely with management
- Native-level proficiency or business fluency in English
- Excellent presentation building skills (PowerPoint or similar)
- Excellent data analysis and modeling skills (Excel or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent project management and time management skills

**Bonus qualifications**:

- Previous experience working for a startup or scale up and driving growth
- Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS KPIs and metrics
- Previous experience founding your own company or joining early-stage
- Previous fundraising experience either as a founder or supporting founders
- Experience in a top management consultancy or investment banking
- Top of the class degree in business (MBA) or scientific field like computer science, engineering, etc.
