**Job Overview**:
Fluent German speaker with strong communication skills, supporting site-based teams. Provides essential administrative support to the Construction Manager and site team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Demonstrates strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve routine issues independently and deliver high-quality service.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Support the Construction Manager and site team with administrative tasks and coordination.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using various software tools.
- Draft, proofread, and format documents and correspondence.
- Organize meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain calendars and manage schedules.
- Process timesheets, leave requests, and supply orders.
- Manage mail and package distribution.
- Assist staff with general administrative needs.

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of experience working in an administrative assistant role, preferably in a large corporation
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and other related software skills required; Advanced skills in operating a personal computer, various printers, fax machines, scanners, and other office equipment are necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both English and German
- In-depth knowledge of business procedures, letters, and report formats
- Able to read and comprehend instructions, and write correspondence and memos
- Able to effectively present information to co-workers and the public
- Strong organizational, multitasking, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as clients
