For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**Buying Assistant (m/w/d) Tobacco**
Your new job includes
- As a Purchasing Assistant (M/F/d) Tobacco Products you are an important part of the purchasing team and interface to other departments as well as the suppliers. In particular, you will- actively support the purchasing team in the administrative day-to-day business
- be involved in the communication with national and international suppliers as well as internal departments
- act in close cooperation with the master data team in reviewing and enriching all relevant purchasing data
- prepare monthly evaluations and analyses for the team
- check incoming invoices and clarify invoice discrepancies with suppliers
- assist with price and building block maintenance
- take over the preparation and information bundling for trade fairs and annual meetings
What you should bring along
- A successfully completed vocational education
- Ideally experience in the purchasing department of an international trading company and thus also in dealing with customers and suppliers
- Very good knowledge German and English languages skills, both written and spoken
- An experienced handling of MS Office, especially Excel and ideally experience with SAP
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks, independence and a structured and independent way of working
