Therefore we are currently looking for an
Sales Assistant - Premium / Luxury Fashion / Accessories (m/f/d)
for our Hamburg headquarters.

Your Mission

• As a Sales Assistant, you will work alongside the (Senior) Sales Managers in an international client environment (B2B).
• You are part of the Sales Backoffice team and collaborate closely with the Buying, Logistics, and Finance departments.
• You manage customer offers, orders, and related services.
• You support communication with national and international clients. Additionally, you oversee customer purchases and delivery schedules.
• Creating and maintaining sales reports as well as analyzing market and pricing potential will also be part of your responsibilities.

Your Profile

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Fashion and Textile Management, or a similar field.
• First experience in Sales/Account Management (e.g., as a working student), ideally in the fashion industry, is a plus.
• Passion for fashion and Sales/Account Management.
• Good experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel (or Google Workspace).
• The motivation to work in a team-oriented, well-organized, and process-oriented manner.
• A high level of enthusiasm, presentation skills, and strong numerical understanding.
• Fluent in both German and English.
