Als **People Operations Specialist (m/w/d)** verantwortest Du alle operativen und administrativen Aktivitäten für die gesamte Belegschaft von FERNRIDE und hilfst dem FERNRIDE People & Culture Team, Weltklasse-Niveau zu erreichen. In dieser Funktion arbeitest Du sehr eng mit Deinen Kolleg:innen im Bereich People Partnering und P&C Project Management zusammen, um unsere Prozesse zu vereinfachen, zu beschleunigen und zu automatisieren.

- unsere P&C Jira-Ticketing Reaktion sowie die Lösungszeit verbesserst
- unseren Automatisierungsgrad für die HRIS (Personio) und DATEV-Revisionsschnittstelle erhöhst, um manuelle Arbeit zu reduzieren
- den gesamten monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnungszyklus fehlerfrei durchführst
- unseren Automatisierungsgrad der Personalverwaltung erhöhst
- einen reibungslosen Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding sicherstellst

**Was Du zu Deinen Fähigkeiten hinzugefügt hast**
- Fundiertes Wissen und praktische Erfahrung der deutschen HR-Vorschriften, -Verfahren und -Operationen
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Hilfestellung und Anleitung zu allen Themen der Mitarbeiterbeziehung zu geben
- Erfahrung in der Wartung von HRM-Systemen und der Verwendung von Produktivitätstools (Confluence, Jira)
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit nachgewiesener Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit auf allen Ebenen
- Fähigkeit, proaktiv zu sein, Verbesserungsbereiche zu identifizieren und Initiativen zur Prozessverbesserung voranzutreiben
- Hohe Aufmerksamkeit für Details, kritisches Denkvermögen, analytische Fähigkeiten und eine ergebnisfokussierte Denkweise
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
