**Diese Aufgaben warten auf dich**
**Bereich Marketing Support (ca. 40%)**
- Übergeordnete Organisation von Terminen und Meetings für die Marketingabteilung
- Erfassung und Archivierung von Verträgen
- Verantwortung für unsere Laufwerke und Verteiler
- Management der Zeitschriften-Abonnements
- Distribution der Post für die Marketingabteilung
- Fungieren als Back-up für unser Office Equipment und als Kontaktperson für Post/DHL

**Bereich Customer Support (ca. 60%)**
- Entgegennahme und Handhabung von Anfragen und Reklamationen von Endkonsument*innen (digital, telefonisch sowie schriftlich)
- Pflege und Eingabe von Falldaten, inklusive Dokumentation des Bearbeitungsprozesses in SAP und in digitaler Ablage
- Durchführung der Fallbehandlung und Kommunikation mit den Endkonsument*innen sowie Organisation der Kompensationsleistung
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Fallbearbeitung
- Erstellung von internen Auswertungen und Analysen

**Das erwarten wir von dir**
- Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im administrativen Bereich
- Berufserfahrung im administrativen Tätigkeitsbereich und/oder im Kundenservice
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket, idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit pragmatischer und lösungsorientierter Denkweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
- Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftraten
