**Marketing Coordinator (Germany)**

**About us**:
We are growing our Marketing Team so that we can successfully exploit new markets in Germany. We would like to add a German-speaking Marketing Coordinator to our existing team. The primary aim of these roles will be to generate leads for our Sales Team.

**The Role**:
The role will be **based in Frankfurt, Germany**. **Hybrid working** will be considered after initial training and you will be expected to spend a minimum of 3 day a week in the office. We are looking for someone that shares our passion and drive to help expand and improve our digital presence.

On a day-to-day basis you will take responsibility of the below tasks:

- Driving organic traffic growth and involved in strategic planning of search campaigns
- Pro-actively identifying opportunities for organic and paid search
- Conducting keyword research to identify opportunities and improvements
- Using a range of tools to audit, monitor, evaluate, report and address issues
- Benchmarking SEO performance against competitors
- Undertaking marketing analysis
- Content planning and optimisation for new and existing pages/articles/socials
- Support sales and plan for events such as conferences and trade shows
- Keeping up to date with the latest news within the digital industry

**About You**:
As a positive and passionate individual, you will have 3-4 years of professional experience in technical SEO and Paid search. You should ideally have the below capabilities:

- Fluent in German at native speaker level and business fluent in English
- Demonstrated experience writing concise content for a broad range of media
- Familiarity with ranking algorithms
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics GA4, Google/Bing Ads, Google Search Console, Bing Webmasters, SEMrush, and more
- Practical experience of on-site SEO, site visibility, and technical SEO audits
- Experience with Paid ads across Google/Bing/Socials
- Strong understanding of keyword analysis, organic search, paid search and reviewing competitors to compile reports of suggestions and improvements
- Demonstrable experience of successful conversion rates
- Planning sourcing and analysis of content strategy
- Self-starter mentality and self-reliance
- Knowledge of CRM systems preferably HubSpot
- Design skills through Adobe Suite or Canva preferred but not essential

Pay: EUR 45,000 - 48,000 per year
- 27 days holiday per year plus public holidays

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm business hours (full-time)

No weekends
