**About the opportunity**: Kadmos is looking for a Chief of Staff who will, as a trusted advisor, work directly with its two co-founders Sasha & Justus to provide strategic direction to the organization and lead crucial inter-departmental initiatives. On a mission to revolutionize the way migrant workers receive their salary, we are in a pivotal position right now. Having raised significant funding, we are striving to, in parallel, gain even more traction with our B2B and B2C customers, and completely overhaul the mechanics of our platform and infrastructure. To enable the co-founders to keep pushing the boundaries of the business, your job will be to partner with the leadership team on eye level to make sure everyone is aligned, we communicate smoothly, and ideas become reality. You will also represent the company externally, talk to customers, investors, regulators and suppliers and drive new initiatives. This role will definitely challenge you to go beyond what you think you're capable of. You will have to learn a lot and navigate new complex situations. It does not get more exciting. Join us and become part of our journey to enhance the lives of millions of people **What you'll be doing**: - Run the company roadmap, provide transparency and guarantee accountability for cross-department projects - Represent Kadmos and founders in front of external stakeholders and prepare founders for such activities: customers, investors, suppliers, regulators etc. - Prepare and guide leadership meetings, follow up on decisions and tasks - Lead and support strategic cross-functional projects and initiatives - Guide and develop junior colleagues (full-time & intern) - Own investor reporting - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes, e.g. for strategic initiatives in product or markets - Serve as sounding board for co-founders **What you bring along**: - 5+ years of experience in a high-stakes environment (if you have a business background, that means top-tier consulting, PE, VC, IB, or high-growth start-up) - Good understanding of fintech or payments space - Excellent university credentials - Top-notch communication and conflict-resolution skills - The words "your call" make you excited, not scared - Excellent project management skills - Proven experience to motivate, steer, and develop colleagues - You are a self-starter and trust yourself to bring order to start-up chaos - You are very analytical and data-driven.
