**Head of Corporate Accounting (M/F/d)**:

- REQUISITION ID: 4794- LOCATION: Hamburg, DE- DEPARTMENT: Taxes / AccountingAs Head of Corporate Accounting (M/F/d), you will be responsible for consolidating the Nordex Group Accounts (according to IFRS), ensuring the closing process is well connected to management accounting process.

In this position, you’ll report to our Vice President Corporate Accounting.

**YOUR TASKS**
- Technical and disciplinary management of the Corporate Accounting-team (currently 3 employees)
- Own and drive Nordex Group accounting and consolidation according to IFRS
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and notes according to IFRS
- Analyse the individual financial statements of subsidiaries across the Nordex Group, ensuring accounting quality and adherence to Nordex Group Accounting policy (according to IFRS standards)
- Coordinate the audit process in cooperation with the external auditors
- Maintain an effective cooperation with Regional Accounting, Corporate Controlling as well as Finance across the different countries to ensure smooth, timely and reliable monthly and year-end closing process
- Continuously develop and improve tools and processes to support and drive the operational excellence
- Be a key resource in the project for the future implementation of a new consolidation system

**YOUR PROFILE**
- University degree in business administration with focus on accounting or comparable education
- Proven understanding of IFRS, German GAAP and accounting consolidation principles
- Proven practical knowledge of SAP-BCS and SAP-FI would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and German
- Experience in an international environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills as well as a good self-organization
- Strong teamwork orientation and flexibility in a dynamic and changing environment
