As a **Working Student (f/m/d) Digital Technology Agile Management - Expert Services** you will be part of our internal Project Management / PMO Practice that is spearheading E.ON’s Digital Technology initiatives. This means becoming a key member of a skilled team of project management and PMO experts who will lead, shape, transform and digitize our E.ON businesses across Europe.

**What you are responsible for**
- You will support the build-up of our internal Agile Transformation/Agile Management Practice, including the creation of Agile Learning Journeys and associated training curriculum
- You will contribute to defining of our Agile Management methodology, establishing a knowledge management approach as well as create best practice templates and artifacts
- You will get to know our key programs across the E.ON Group, support the program teams and leverage the work on our methodology
- You develop and professionalize our Project Services practice by contributing to our agile internal activities like event management, communication, etc.

**What you are good at**
- You are an enrolled student in a study program related to IT, Business Administration or with a similar focus
- You have gained first project management experience and agile knowledge
- Strategic thinking, sound judgment and comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to craft a compelling story, appropriately communicate with different levels across the organization and gain executive buy-in and support
- Acting as a change agent, using skills and expertise to inspire as well as a sense of shared purpose within teams
