Your Opportunity

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Leapsome you'll be an essential part of our design team, working side by side with our Design Lead to bring ideas to life across brand, marketing, and product touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who's hungry to learn, eager to experiment, and excited about the future of design, particularly where creativity meets AI.

You won't just "execute briefs"; you'll help shape how we design faster, smarter, and more creatively by exploring, testing, and implementing AI-powered design tools together with us. If you love visual storytelling, enjoy trying new tools, and want to grow in a supportive, high-impact environment, this role will give you both structure and freedom to thrive.

What is your job?

  • Support the execution of a wide range of graphic design tasks across marketing, brand, and internal communications, from social assets and campaign visuals to presentations, landing pages, and illustrations.

  • Work closely with the Design Lead to translate concepts, briefs, and ideas into polished visual outputs that align with the Leapsome brand.

  • Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table and contribute to visual explorations, mood boards, and early concepts — your perspective matters here.

  • Actively research, test, and experiment with AI-powered design tools (e.g. image generation, layout tools, automation, motion, productivity enhancers) to understand what actually improves our workflows.

  • Collaborate with the Design Lead to implement AI tools into real design processes, helping the team move faster without compromising quality or craft.

  • Continuously improve and refine assets based on feedback, learning how to balance speed, consistency, and creativity.

  • Stay curious about design trends, digital tools, and visual culture, and help us keep Leapsome visually fresh and forward-thinking.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have foundational experience in graphic design (through studies, internships, junior roles, or strong personal projects) and are comfortable working with core design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

  • You're genuinely excited about AI in design, not just as a buzzword, but as something you actively want to explore, test, and apply in real work.

  • You're curious by nature: you enjoy learning new tools, asking "what if?", and figuring out better ways to do things.

  • You have a good eye for visual design, layout, typography, color, and composition, and want to keep improving it every day.

  • You're organized, open to feedback, and comfortable working under guidance while gradually gaining more ownership.

  • You enjoy collaboration and are happy working closely with a Design Lead who will mentor you, challenge you, and help you grow.

  • You're proactive, positive, and not afraid to bring ideas or suggestions, even if they're still rough.
