Crane Worldwide Logistics is a dynamic, medium-sized logistics company and provider of supply chain solutions with over 120 locations in 30 countries worldwide. We offer our customers tailor-made concepts to solve their logístical challenges.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for timely and accurate accounts payable processing. Managing incoming Invoice mail-boxes and sorting Invoices and distribute Transport invoices to India. Contact stations and ask for approval of invoices. Follow-up and solve issues. Booking overhead invoices for below countries. Working in a team for Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria and Poland. Month-end and Year-end activities.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Responsible for timely and accurate accounts payable processing.
- Managing incoming Invoice mail-boxes and sorting Invoices and distribute Transport invoices to India.
- Contact stations and ask for approval of invoices.
- Follow-up and solve issues.
- Booking overhead invoices for below countries.
- Working in a team for Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria and Poland.
- Month-end and Year-end activities.
- Ad hoc activities.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.

**OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES**:

- Working knowledge of accounting processes and procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to identify errors, and employ problem solving skills to correct.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- 1 to 3 years general accounting experience.
- Must have ten-key (calculating) experience.

**CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES**:

- Professional certification may be required in some areas.
