As the Workplace Services Senior Site Lead at ServiceNow, you will be responsible for driving innovation and executing workplace strategies and Workplace operations that support the business while delivering customer success. You'll work closely with the Sr. Manager of Workplace Services, EMEA, to ensure the team continuously improves and supports a fast-growing company. As the Workplace Services Senior Site Lead, you will be entrusted with the management of front-of-house teams in multiple locations and the operations within said locations. The locations you will be responsible for are Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf, Berlin, Warsaw, Vienna, Zurich, and Lausanne. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the management of the office operations within these locations, organizing and coordinating local events, and spearheading all Workplace Services Programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing vendors for WPS, efficiently handling requests via our ticketing tool, developing, and managing local budgets, and advocating for program/vendor management across peer sites in the EMEA region. You will also collaborate with adjacent teams, mentor peer sites, and assume any other duties as necessary. To be successful in this role, we expect you to have a "customer first" mentality, solve complex challenges, have an understanding of essential financial budgeting, and be proficient in using software programs and apps effectively. You should be an ambitious thinker, capable of establishing strategic relationships while maintaining operational excellence in a dynamic and high-growth environment. **Team Description** The Workplace Services (WPS) team is responsible for curating and sustaining our unique ServiceNow work environments around the world, helping to bring our purpose to life in the physical sense. We are responsible for the full life cycle of our physical workplaces, from ‘ideation to expiration’, and we are a key influencer of the employee experience by way of our workspaces, services, and amenities. **Responsibilities** - Manage all office operations in the locations stated - Manage our Munich location in FY23 until we relocate to our new office in Q1 FY24 whereby you will manage the new workplace team that resides within this location. - Oversee and be responsible for various EMEA programs within our EMEA team - Meet with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and work with Sr Workplace Manager as to how to support them best - Be the out of hours context for all your locations and be the main POC for the incident management team - Work with landlords as required by Real Estate and Workplace Operations teams - Manage front of house responsibilities including our Safe Workplace Apps - Create and manage local events including room readiness for training classes, meetings, internal social media posting, etc. - Participate and support of cultural programs intended to support culture within our physical offices - Lead all WPS Programs (Food & Beverage, Event management, Amenities, and more) to deliver great, purpose-driven employee experiences. - Manage vendors for WPS including HVAC, electrical, security, mail & shipping, janitorial, furniture, kitchen services, fitness, first aid, etc. - Effectively utilize our ticketing tool to navigate requests including onboarding, catering, move/add/changes management, ergonomic requests, and more. - Develop, Forecast, and manage local OPEX budget within variance from the forecast. - Champion program/vendor management across peer sites in the Americas - Coach peer sites and collaborate within a distributed team. - Other responsibilities as necessary **Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**: - Be prepared to contribute to and enhance a world-class team of employees and service partners. - Be an ambitious thinker regarding strategic relationships while maintaining operational excellence of facilities, employee programs, and workplace services in a high-growth, dynamic e
