Your mission:
- Build assessments and recommendations based on existing audience insights that inspire innovation and growth.- Surface relevant trends about how people think, feel and behave in order to empower central & regional teams to anticipate lifestyle shifts.- Support the Social & Trends function to create case studies and communicate the best practices for use and analysis of social listening data.- Ensure quality across reporting tools and support with data input.- Be an enthusiastic member of the Brand team, working very closely with our Social & Trends Insights Specialist.

Your heroic skills:
- You have a background in business administration or similar, and first-hand experience in social media marketing, or working with a variety of data sources (e.g. behavioral, survey, qualitative, financial, etc.).- You possess good Excel and PowerPoint skills and G suite equivalents.- Interest in developing/deepening social analytics expertise.- You have a good attention to detail and are good with number.- Curiosity about people and culture.- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic, is a plus.
