Aufgaben

Deine Rolle

Als Social Media & Content Intern bist du verantwortlich für den organischen Auftritt von Every Health auf Social Media mit Fokus auf TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts und LinkedIn.

Du entwickelst kreative Ideen, setzt sie eigenständig um und bringst unsere Marke in den Feeds unserer Community zum Leben.

Du arbeitest direkt mit unserem Marketing-Team und den Foundern zusammen, bekommst tiefen Einblick in Markenaufbau und Growth und kannst deine Kreativität frei entfalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst Ideen und Konzepte für Social Media Content — von Trends über Storytelling bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Du drehst, schneidest und postest eigenständig Reels, TikToks und Shorts mit einem klaren Gespür für Tonalität und Timing.
  • Du planst und pflegst unseren Content-Kalender und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kanäle aktiv, konsistent und on brand bleiben.
  • Du analysierst die Performance unserer Posts, erkennst Muster und entwickelst daraus neue Content-Formate.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing und Founding Team zusammen, um Inhalte zu produzieren, die Menschen bewegen und für sexuelle und queere Gesundheit begeistern.
Qualifikation

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium. Welches Fach ist zweitrangig :)
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Social Media, Content Creation oder Videoproduktion – ob durch Praktika, Uni-Projekte oder dein eigenes Profil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Video-Tools wie CapCut o.ä.
  • Kreatives Auge, Gespür für Trends und Storytelling: Du weißt, wie man Aufmerksamkeit gewinnt.
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Fließend in Deutsch (C1) und sicher in Englisch (B2 oder höher).
