Social Media Marketing Intern

We are a fast-growing startup in a pivotal phase, and we are looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to help craft and execute our content strategy across digital platforms. This is an opportunity to build a career at the intersection of AI, health, and digital marketing.
Tasks
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will play a critical role in shaping Aer’s online presence. Your work will directly impact our brand growth, user engagement, and market reach. You will:

- Create, edit, and produce engaging content for Instagram (Meta), TikTok, and LinkedIn that aligns with Aer’s brand identity.
- Develop visual assets using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator (preferred but not mandatory).
- Participate in content strategy discussions and contribute ideas for campaigns, social engagement, and brand storytelling.
- Optimize content for performance by tracking engagement metrics and iterating based on data insights.
- Work closely with the CEO, CMO and COO to ensure branding consistency while maintaining creative freedom.
- Engage with the AerMethod firsthand, understanding our unique approach to mobility and recovery so that you can authentically communicate our value to potential clients.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:
This role is ideal for a creative, tech-savvy, and highly motivated individual who is eager to develop their career in social media, marketing, and branding within an innovative startup. You should have:

- Strong content creation skills (video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling are a plus).
- Proficiency in English (German is strongly preferred but not required).
- Experience using social media platforms professionally (Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn in particular).
- Graphic design & video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator are preferred but not required).
- A strong sense of aesthetics and branding, with the ability to adhere to our evolving brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas.
- Self-motivation and time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently in a flexible schedule.
- A willingness to engage with Aer’s services and methodology, gaining firsthand experience with our product to create authentic and compelling content.
