**The Regional Finance team in NCE is covering business
- and financial controlling activities for the region.**

**Responsibilities**
- FP&A owner region NCE
- Ad hoc analysis
- Long-term strategic financial planning
- Governance on periodical reporting
- Actions resulting from decision making based on financial reporting and analysis
- Business cases for direct management decision
- Business steering
- Department governance

**Qualifications**
- Several years of business finance or other relevant experience in the energy sector (preference within renewable energy industry).
- MBA - Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics are preferred major fields
- Ability to establish complex, high-quality excel-based models from scratch
- Strong analytical competency
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Analysis tools
- Experience working in a multinational, multicultural organization.
- Fluent English (written & spoken), German and/or Danish of advantage
- Ability to work as part of a team, even where separated geographically
- Able to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions, implement and adapt solutions on a variety of complex issues
