**About the Role**:
As Head of FP&A for Circus, you’ll be an integral senior manager who will build and oversee our FP&A Team and be a key partner to the Management. This role will be pivotal in the growth of the business, tracking performance metrics and assessing new opportunities. This is an opportunity to develop a team and capability around you from the ground up.

**Your Daily Business**:

- Drive strategic business planning, top down financial modelling and long term financial planning
- Review and pro actively deliver investigations to business heads by partnering with key stakeholders for all FP&A activitie
- Development of budgets, forecast and financial plans. Monitoring these against actuals and detailed variance analysis by understanding the historic, current and forecast performance of departments and the overall business.
- Assist with analysis for board and management presentations, project appraisals, and business cases
- Model and evaluate cost bases and proactively identify opportunities and efficiencies
- Ensuring that key stakeholders have informative reporting across all elements of the business, driving outcomes and compliance through active business partnering across all functions

**Base Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to deal and liaise with other staff members at subordinate and managerial levels.
- Ability and experience working with tight deadlines and delivering accordingly
- Possession of strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent team player skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and flexible
- Highly interested to work in an international, faced-paced environment
