Site Coordinator

End-to-end responsibility for the planning and implementation of mobile radio construction measures in a region- Coordination of the customer orders required for implementation in coordination with Customer Care- Ensuring all necessary prerequisites for implementation, including all schedule chains internally and externally- Obtaining / coordinating building permits (BNetzA, owner)- Coordinating material orders and ensuring availability at the implementation date- Status maintenance and tracking in the Netsite- Triggering / coordination of order requests to the customer as well as orders to subcontractors- Appointment monitoring and control of planning and documentation- Preparation and participation in internal / external status meetings and reports- Coordination with the back office regarding the buildability / integration capacity of the construction measures- Coordination of TI and Civil Works documentation from collection to acceptance
**Requirements**:
- EU citizenship mandatory, no VISA sponsorship- Completed technical training or a comparable qualification with relevant professional practice- DFMG experience is a must- Experience in integration as a site coordinator in the field of mobile communications- Safe and independent handling of MS Office, Netsite, Digis
