At Slalom you will work with exceptional ML and data engineers and technology leaders to help our customers to get the most value of machine learning. **What You’ll Do**
- Architect, design and implement innovative machine learning solutions for our customers across different industries and company sizes
- Work backwards from customer use case to decide if traditional ML, GenAI, or other approaches are the right option
- Design and implement MLOps frameworks to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of ML models in production
- Continuously learn and master emerging data technologies and frameworks to remain at the forefront of the field
- Act as a mentor and knowledge source within the company and for clients, sharing insights and project learnings regularly

**What You’ll Bring**
- You have over 3 years of demonstrated expertise in architecting, deploying and operating data-driven ML systems in a cloud environment
- Experience with feature stores & feature engineering pipelines, data ingestion & transformation, and machine learning workflow orchestration
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, AWS (e.g., Sagemaker, RDS, DynamoDB) or Azure (Azure ML, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB).
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLFlow, Kubeflow)
- When working on solutions involving both Data Engineering and ML Engineering, openness and flexibility to get involved on the Data Engineering activities where meaningful
- Proficient coding skills in Python, with a solid understanding of software development best practices
- Good communication skills with fluency in English; German proficiency at B1 level and openness to build German skills is a plus
