Nürnberg/ Berlin/ Deutschland (Remote) | Student intern

We are currently looking for a motivated student, who is interested in gaining experience within Project Management at a growing international company. You will be the backbone of all projects and project managers and support everyone in their daily project work.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support project management at Exasol, to ensure completion within budget and schedule, with successful implementation and adoption
- Support to maintain the project portfolio, project management framework and guidelines
- Support the development of templates, processes, and help drive their adoption for departmental, cross-departmental and external projects
- Support the update of the status reports, project plans, resource plans, dependency and risk/issue tracking logs to record, measure and manage progress. Collect input from workstreams as appropriate
- Support production and presentation of materials for meetings and organize them
- Support completion of ad-hoc requests by management
- Take over responsibility of smaller projects

**Your profile**:

- Student in a science-related field, management, or business administration, with ideally an advanced technical degree or focus
- First work experience in the field of project management (office) or similar areas- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills-
- Proficient in verbal and nonverbal communication in English. German and additional languages are a bonus-
- High degree of initiative and organizational skills.-
