Senior Specialist, Vendor Product Operations

Delivery Hero is looking for a Vendor Product Operations Manager (f/m/d) to lead the CRM, Communication and vendor engagement of our European business. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.

**Your mission**:
**Vendor Management Product**
- Work closely with regional, central and local markets to drive enablement of new features of the Vendor Management product
- Manage E2E prioritization processes and drive adoption of the Vendor Management Product into local markets

**CRM**
- Work closely with regional marketing teams, commercial and country business teams to execute the overarching CRM strategy
- Form ongoing CRM strategies as well as the weekly/monthly/annual departmental calendars that enable the continuous and consistent testing, learning, and optimization in order to maximize vendors’ lifetime value.
- Assess and improve the usage of CRM platform, and automate daily tasks

**Vendor Engagement**
- Map vendor journeys by analyzing touch points along a pipeline and maximizing commercial opportunities with this information
- Conduct A/B testing to champion the best and most impactful experience

**Country Collaboration & Trainings**
- Establish best practices and standards for entering data and executing cross-channel and single-channel campaigns
- Create training manuals for local teams to utilize new CRM tools for campaign send outs
- Serve as a reliable POC for internal issues with regard to the tool, process and SOPs for vendor communication

**Communication**
- Own User onboarding and communication and supervise campaign send outs at a local and regional level
- Manage day-to-day vendor relations protocols through a comprehensive calendar and CRM
- Personalization of campaigns across vendor revenue generating campaigns, important announcements and other scheduled communications

**Strategy & Reporting**
- Proactively initiate and validate ideas via data and local insights, draft test plan and propose estimated performance to improve vendor engagement
- Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop analysis that lead to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of incentives and campaigns
- Generate and present periodical reports to management on campaigns/activities completed with KPIs achieved and plans for upcoming campaigns in-line with overall strategy

**Your heroic skills**:

- You gained meaningful professional experience in consulting, sales operations, or a commercial analytics role with hands-on experience in execution of deal/promotion campaigns
- You are a high performer with a proven track record of creating impact and you have a independent work approach
- You possess a hands-on mentality and very good analytical thinking skills with ability to problem solve in complex environments
- You are highly motivated and communicative, very energetic and independent in handling business challenges
- Great communication skills that support you managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- European markets working knowledge and/or direct client interface/management are a plus
- English language is required
