**Description**:
Saloodo is looking for a
**Intern/ Student in Human Resources (f/m/d) **to join our multinational and dynamic Team and help us create an employee-centred employee lifecycle and to develop and implement many exciting projects. During your internship you will support in various HR topics and take ownership for your own special project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the HR Team in their daily tasks and take ownership for various projects.
- Get enough support and coaching in order to achieve:

- Daily tasks in personell administration
- Maintenance of data in our HR-Management Systems (e.g. Personio, SAP)
- Organisation and support in the hiring and onboarding process
- Support in various projects and follow-up of evaluations (e.g. Certified Program, Employee Development, Employee Opinion Survey)
- Close cooperation with all operational departments

**Your profile**:

- You are enrolled in a university program (e.g. psychology, business administration, economics, human resources management or comparable)
- Strong interest in human resources, personnel management or HR processes
- Hands-on mentality, solution orientation and strategic perspective.
- Conceptual way of thinking, high level of problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and team-player
- Background in Human Resources is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
