**Your responsibilities**:

- OBS Business planning and performance management
- Profit management and forecast simulation
- Preparation of overall OBS business result and forecast for top management
- Identifying trends and making recommendations for financial optimization
- Financial index management and analysis
- Pan-EU org cost distribution computation and EHQ budget management
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Communicate with counterpart of subsidiaries and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Ad-hoc Analysis, preparing diverse reports and managing the various financial analysis files
**Your qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience
- At least 15 years of professional experience in planning
- Experience in the field of financial planning and OBS part as well
- Leadership skills (leading a team) within a multi-national work environment
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate large, complex projects, engaging a wide range of experts or stakeholders
- Strong business acumen
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Finance or accounting related certificates or in-depth knowledge in corporate finance
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent office utilization skills (Excel and Power Point)
- Fluent in English and Korean
