**Job position: Executive Education - Business Development Associate**
**Work location is flexible and home office based, ideally in Germany or Switzerland. You will report to our Senior Sales Director, who is based in Hamburg, Germany.**

We are looking for a
**B2B Business Development Associate (BDA)** in Germany or Switzerland to join our vibrant Sales Team in developing business opportunities by researching and connecting with executives at the largest private and public organisations in the world. You will be offering them opportunities to grow their businesses by Developing their leadership, management and overall power skills.
The main goal of this role is to support our senior Account Managers and Account Directors in multiple markets to build Sales Pipeline by identifying the most relevant decision-makers in target international organisations and sparking their interest in our custom solutions. You will be responsible for proactively scheduling and confirming sales meetings, while gathering valuable market intelligence from prospective customers.
**Key responsibilities**
- Research, identify and engage with senior stakeholders in target prospect accounts and have informative conversations by asking relevant questions about their business needs and goals
- Proactively spark their interest in our custom solutions with the goal to build a sales pipeline for our Account Managers
- Schedule and confirm sales meetings, while gathering valuable market intelligence from prospective customers
- Throughout the process, partner with our Account Managers to create customised plans for specific target organisations, map the account structure and keep abreast of their business objectives in line with our Hult EF solutions offering
- Recruit clients to attend events such as webinars or breakfast meetings
- Ensure that Salesforce contains accurate account details and contact information.
**The skills & experience we look for**
- 1+ year consultative B2B business development experience, targeting senior executive level
- Challenge mindset to raise interest and influence executives to think differently about people development
- An experience working with education products and/or HR executives and Learning & Development Directors community is a strong plus
- Fluent in German and English
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Passion for learning, both for yourself and, on a bigger scale, for organizations
- Hungry, driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
