Your role

As a member of our Integrations team, you will be directly responsible for supporting Circula’s customers to continuously improve our processes and provide customer feedback to the Product, Integrations and Engineering Teams. As a SaaS Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in engaging and supporting our customers offering consulting to solve technical issues working closely with the Customer Success team.

As a SaaS Implementation Specialist at Circula, you will report to the Head of Integrations:

- You work closely with our enterprise customers to manage implementation projects from start to finish
- You support the Customer Success team during the Onboarding process, gathering customer requirements for technical implementation, providing maximum solution value within the scope of Circula’s products/services
- You oversee the full technical process, identifying and quickly solving issues ensuring a smooth customer experience
- You play a key role supporting and empathizing with your customers as a product expert, continuously working to understand how, why, and when support is needed
- You create and maintain high quality technical documentation
- You identify process optimisation for integrations, and work cross-functionally together with other teams such as Product and Engineering

Your Qualifications
- You have experience working in a technical consulting role such as Project Management, Product Management, Onboarding Management and/or Implementation Management, ideally in SaaS projects
- You are a strong communicator with business fluent German (C2) and an excellent command of English
- You have a good understanding of technical concepts eg. how API integration works and comfortable documenting technical requirements for the engineering team
- You develop effective working relationships with customers as well as internally, across different departments
- You are structured and organised, managing different topics at the same time without compromising the quality of your work to drive projects to completion
- You have a growth mindset, with a strong interest in becoming an expert in the domains our products touch in the areas of accounting and taxation
- You are a teamplayer, who believes that helping and supporting your teammates will bring success for everyone
- You have a high degree of self-awareness, flexible in adapting to changing environments and able to maintain composure
- Nice to have: Understanding or practical experience in Accounting or HR tech such as DATEV, Navision, SAP, Workday
