As a Working Student - Business Insights & Analytics (all genders) you help us drive our business forward by analyzing and powerfully visualizing data, providing deep actionable insights, as well as giving business advice. **What you'll do**: - Support our cross-functional & business teams to easily access and dive deep into data - Learn how to deliver business value as quickly as possible while maintaining stability and long-term quality - Support the creation of new dashboards in Adobe Analytics Workspace or Google Analytics as needed. Define requirements for new dashboards in other analytics tools, such as PowerBI or even PowerPoint, as needed - Analyze data in multiple tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI) to see the big picture and turn it into actionable insights - Gather and document business requirements, key performance indicators, and other functional and/or technical requirements to help marketers provide a compelling data-driven response and recommendation - Assist in setting up A/B testing experiments, designing experiments, ensuring proper data collection, analyzing results, and interpreting findings - Help develop, refine, and manage KPIs for a variety of projects and products across all platforms and tools - Learn to work independently when needed, but ask for help when needed **What you'll need**: - Currently pursuing a degree in mathematics, engineering, or the natural sciences - Curiosity to generate insights and develop yourself and the products you develop - Challenge views, decisions and ideas through #powerofproof - Cultivate a collaborative environment by regularly seeking feedback on your analysis and recommendations.
