Your Tasks

  • The TV Ad-Operations team in Cologne is seeking a motivated working student who drives automation and AI-based solutions across TV campaign workflows. The role involves designing and implementing Power Automate flows, Office Scripts and AI agents to optimize internal processes by making them smarter and more efficient. The specialist will collaborate closely with the TV AdOps team and other departments to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the TV Ad-Operations team to identify and execute automation opportunities
  • Design, develop and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline TV campaign operations
  • Create and implement Office Scripts for automating standard tasks
  • Support post-campaign analysis and reporting through automated Tools
  • Build and integrate AI agents (retrieval, knowledge, task, and autonomous agents) for decision support and data processing
  • Document solutions and conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Student in Media / Marketing / IT
  • First experience in workflow optimization and automation Tools
  • Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Advanced Excel skills including macros and Office Scripts
  • Curiosity for AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or other automation assistants
  • Solution-oriented mindset, self-teaching and proactive learning attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies on the job
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English & German

Your Team

You will work in the TV Ad-Operations team that focuses on the consultancy, planning and execution of TV campaigns. Important focus areas are to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions in an international environment.
