Your Role

  • Ideally the Role is based in Cologne. Hamburg can be an option.
  • Preparing for customer appointments and trade fairs
  • Creating presentations in collaboration with Sales
  • Gathering information from media partners
  • Creating newsletters, push offers, and email distribution lists
  • Monitoring ad spends for specific industries to identify new leads for Sales
  • Handling simple customer briefings

Profile

  • MS Office Suite: Especially PowerPoint (for presentations), Excel (for data analysis), and Outlook . Knowledge of CRM Tools will be an advantage
  • Digital Literacy: Understanding of digital advertising formats (Display, Video, Social, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication (German and English).
  • Customer Orientation: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Working effectively with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations).
  • Time Management: Handling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proactivity: Taking initiative and showing eagerness to learn.
  • Analytical Thinking: Basic understanding of KPIs, media metrics, and performance analysis.

Team

As a Working Student in the Sales Team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting RTL's pan-European media sales business.

Sitting at the intersection of advertiser, account, and agency sales strategies, you'll assist in day-to-day team operations, contribute to cross-functional collaboration, and gain exposure to how premium advertising solutions are delivered across multiple markets.
