**About Delos Cloud**

**What you'll do**

As a Technical Solution Senior Specialist (f/m/d) for Delos Cloud, you will provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and partners. You will help customers understanding the technical aspects of Delos Cloud's products and services, identifying the best solutions for their needs and provide guidance on how to implement them. In addition, you will work with our (potential) partners to ensure that they have the necessary technical knowledge to adapt & certify their products to our hyperscale platform.

As part of this role, you will
- be responsible for technical customer & partner engagements incl. demos
- span across design, build, and operations with a focus on issue resolution to remove customer & partner technical obstacles and adoption challenges
- work with customers & partners to lead technical architecture discussions & guide them on their way to certification for our sovereign cloud
- collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams
- accompany implementation projects, ensuring technical blockers are removed on adoption.

**What you bring**

Experience & Language Requirements
- Several years of presales experience
- Several years of solution specialist (or equivalent customer facing) experience in cloud computing
- Expert knowledge/expertise on hyperscale technology, preferrable on Microsoft Azure & O365
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in German government sector is a benefit
- Readiness for security clearance
- Fluency in German & English

Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
