For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**Sales Coordinator (M/F/d) Eastern Europe & Central Asia**

Your new job includes
- As a Sales Coordinator (M/F/d), you will support the Eastern Europe & Central Asia sales team in improving the product group and customer support. In particular, you will- be an important contact person for your team as well as for internal and external customers in all administrative and organizational tasks
- maintain and calculate prices and communicate these to customers, as well as create specific customer ranges and current offers
- act as an interface with Customer Service in the processing of customer orders and enquiries, with Accounting for all payment transactions and with Controlling for all budget-relevant transactions
- preparing product range meetings and presenting the results to your team
- independently manage the processing and invoicing of POS materials and furniture deliveries to our customers
- independently handle commission settlements, complaints and returns with our customers

What you should bring along
- Successfully completed commercial training and initial work experience in a similar role
- A good understanding of figures and confidence in dealing with complex accounting processes
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office and SAP
- Desire to work in an international environment, be able to work independently and have a strong service orientation
