As the Process Mining Specialist (d/f/m) you will have the unique opportunity to start in a green field. Setting up the platform, building the first solutions and scaling Process Mining in a sustainable manner. You will be the central contact person for Process Mining for technical and organizational questions. You will closely work with the business, the other platform specialists and the teams which govern the systems we will use for mining. This poisiton may be filled in our Vitesco Technologies IT hub locations in Berlin, Regensburg or Schwalbach am Taunus (Frankfurt) and your tasks will be including:
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Set-up and govern the process mining platform
- Design, develop, and test process mining solutions
- Identify and scale areas in the organization where process mining is adding value
- Build the vision and operating service model for process mining at Vitesco Technologies
- Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
- Coaching and advising others on quality best practices, procedures, and technologies

**Job Requirements**:

- Academic degree in in Mathematics / Industrial Engineering / Economics / IT or similar
- Several years of experience working on Process Mining projects, ideally as platform owner/architect
- Experience in SQL and at least one object-oriented programming language
- Experience with business processes and software development lifecycle
- Experience in cloud technologies
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills benefitical
- Enjoy combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work
- Ability to work in worldwide distributed teams and to collaborate across regions and departments
- Open minded for new concepts and emerging technologies
