Für die Stelle des Expert Foreign Trade and Customs freuen wir uns über Bewerbungen mit technischem Hintergrund, aber auch die Entwicklung eines technisch interessierten Juristen ist denkbar. Der Aufgabe des Expert Foreign Trade and Customs werden Sie in einem kleinen Team der Rechtsabteilung nachkommen, das von einem erfahrenen, kompetenten und motivierten Senior geleitet wird, der Ihnen mit umfassenden und vertieften Kenntnissen zur Seite steht. Da der Teamleiter das Unternehmen in absehbarer Zeit verlassen wird, bietet sich Ihnen in den kommenden 3-5 Jahren die Perspektive, die Teamleitung zu übernehmen.
- Gemeinsam Verantwortung übernehmen- Analyse der rechtlichen Anforderungen und Ableitung des spezifischen Handlungsbedarfes
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen
- Erarbeitung eines risikobasierten Konzepts für die Umsetzung der Unternehmenssicherheit
- Erarbeitung von Lastenheften für die dezentrale Umsetzung der Einzelthemen in festgelegten Abteilungen
- Kontrolle und Überwachung der Umsetzung der erarbeiteten Maßnahmen & Systeme
- kontinuierliche Qualifizierung des Systems der Unternehmenssicherheit
- Dokumentation und Umsetzungen des Meldewesens an Bundesbehörden
- Eigene Kompetenzen einbringen- Abgeschlossenes Studium für Maschinenbau
- Alternativ: abgeschlossenes Studium für Rechtswissenschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse und Erfahrungen im Exportkontrollrecht
- Leidenschaft zur Einarbeitung in alle außenwirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge und Rechtsgrundlagen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für den internationalen Austausch
- Erste Berufserfahrung im internationalen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Technisches Verständnis der einzelnen Komponenten und Anlagen
- Freude an der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Systemen im Bereich Außenwirtschaft
- Interesse an der Arbeit als Schnittstelle zwischen den Abteilungen zum Thema Außenwirtschaft
- Interesse an der eigenen, stetigen Weiterbildung zu fachspezifischen Inhalten
