- Make an impact
- As the Head of Product & Solution Marketing (M/F/d), you will play a critical role in leading and driving the marketing efforts for our innovative portfolio of automated solutions. You will shape the go-to-market strategy, create compelling narratives, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful positioning and promotion of our solutions in the market. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success, and we look forward to the innovative ideas and strategies you will bring to the role
- One of your main task will be to develop comprehensive **product and solution marketing strategy** aligned with company goals and market trends. You will work on this and the following topics hybrid from our modern office in Dortmund as well as from your home office.
- Additionally, you will utilize data-driven insights to continuously **optimize strategies **for better results.
- Another crucial responsibility will be to create and execute **go-to-market plans for new products & solutions**, including launch activities, messaging, and sales enablement tools.
- An important part of the role is to **provide** Sales teams with the **necessary tools and resources** to efficiently communicate solution value to prospects and customers.
- Furthermore, you will work with the Business Intelligence team to conduct thorough **market research and analysis **to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Moreover, you will collaborate with content teams to** create a variety of marketing collateral**, including whitepapers, case studies, videos, and presentations.
- Finally, you will monitor and measure the **effectiveness of product & solution marketing campaigns **and initiatives, and utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies for better results.

Application Requirements
- What you need to succeed
- A proven track record of at least 10 years in product & solution marketing.
- You have the ability to influence and implement global marketing strategies.
- In addition, you possess strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Your profile is based on an analytical mindset to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize future campaigns to determine the highest ROI.
- Others appreciate your outstanding communication skills and strong teamwork ethic.
- You are process-driven and willing to take ownership.
- Furthermore, you have the ability to travel as part of the role.
- Finally, you have a passion for robotics and automation.
