**Team Lead Load & Reliability Optimization (M/F/d)**:

**Your Tasks**:
- Technical and disciplinary management of the group and motivation of employees
- Carrying out operational planning for the group in consultation with the department management
- Supporting department management in operational and strategic planning for the department
- Continuous methodological, personnel and structural development of the group
- Ensuring compliance with company regulations, processes and guidelines by group members
- Group resource planning for relevant projects and activities
- Regular reporting on the reliability of the wind turbine fleet to the R&D departments, including the derivation of action areas for increasing reliability
- Initiation and implementation of projects to optimise WTG reliability
- Solving load problems in the WTG fleet and load optimisation on existing WTGs
***Your Qualifications**:
- Dipl. Ing. or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, control engineering, physics, mathematics or similar
- Experience in site simulation / site suitability testing for wind turbines or reliability analysis
- Experience in technical project management and basic knowledge of business administration
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, ability to work in a team and a solution-orientated way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English
