We are seeking an Unreal Engine Chapter Lead to spearhead a talented team of C++/Blueprint developers working on cutting-edge projects within Unreal Engine 5.4 / 5.5. As the Chapter Lead, you will guide your team in developing innovative solutions for our 4Sight product portfolio, which merges live video feeds with real-time data and advanced computer vision parameters. This technology powers immersive 2D overlays and 3D augmented elements for live sports broadcasts.

**THE CHALLENGE**:

- You will manage our international team of C++ developers and designers in exciting projects as well as do maintenance and stabilization of running systems.
- You guide your team through the planning and development of new features together either with C++ or using Blueprints in the latest Unreal Engine version.
- Mentor and lead our development squad, fostering a collaborative, respectful, motivated and productive environment. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members, ensuring their growth and development.
- Oversee and contribute to the testing and quality assurance processes, ensuring that the project is working properly and it meets expectations.Your code is highly optimized and efficient to guarantee real-time rendering on modern hardware and cloud infrastructure.

**Qualifications**:

- Past proven leadership skills where you lead a development team, inspiring growth and motivation in alignment with the company's direction.
- Effective Communication and Collaboration Skills: You excel in team-leading, ensuring productivity, positive ambience and harmonious collaboration.
- You are well-versed in Unreal Engine development with Unreal Engine 5 being a plus
- You deliver software solutions considering SOLID and Clean Code as well as Design Patterns
- Strong expertise of C++ Code, Blueprints, Widgets, and general Level Design inside Unreal Engine.
- The ability to collaborate with teams using Python to ensure seamless data flow from AI models into Unreal Engine.
- You have a good command of written and spoken English
- You are interested in sports, game development and video streaming technology
- Experience with test-driven development is considered a plusIT-related university degree (BA / MA), or similar
