Finance Specialist

**Job brief**:
As a **Finance** Specialist (M/F/d)** in our growing team, you will play a crucial role in our success. Bring your expertise in accounting, accounts receivable management, and reporting to contribute to our growth

Ideally, you have previous experience in the finance department, preferably within a start-up environment. You have a strong understanding of accounting principles, are proficient in financial and CRM systems, and have solid knowledge of Excel. Your excellent communication skills will help bridge the gap between financial data and all teams and stakeholders.

**In this role you will**:

- Ensure timely and efficient invoicing and payment collection through effective accounts receivable management.
- Enhance data quality to streamline invoicing and accounting processes.
- Implement cutting-edge tools to further optimize our processes.
- Prepare and maintain an up-to-date SaaS contract inventory.
- Collaborate with our tax office to facilitate seamless monthly and annual financial closings.
- Prepare and analyze accounting and customer data for budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.

**About you**:

- 2+ years of experience in Finance or Revenue Ops, ideally in a start-up/scale-up environment.
- Understanding of accounting principles and processes, as well as experience in enhancing data quality.
- Practical experience in handling financial and accounting systems, CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), and MS Office (Excel).
- Ability to communicate financial data clearly and precisely to various teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing accounting data for different teams and linking customer and accounting data for budgeting and forecasting.
- Good German (at least B2 level) and English language skills, both written and verbal.
