**The Role**
As the first **Enterprise Account Executive** at ClearOps, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our enterprise customer base. Working closely with the Founder & CEO, you will be responsible for filling the pipeline, advancing deals, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership, gain hands-on experience, and be part of a scaling startup that is revolutionizing the service supply chain industry.

**Your profile**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing enterprise deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to engage and convert OEMs in agricultural machinery, construction machinery, trucking, automotive, material handling, and other manufacturing industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target accounts.
- Work closely with the Founder & CEO to align sales efforts with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Ensure a healthy and active sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and developing leads.
- Negotiate complex contracts and lead high-value commercial discussions with enterprise clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive adoption and long-term customer success.
- Provide insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to shape ClearOps’ go-to-market strategy.
- Take initiative in refining and optimizing the enterprise sales process as the first dedicated Enterprise Account Executive.

**Who You Are**:

- A highly motivated and ambitious professional with **3-7 years of experience** in B2B enterprise sales.
- Proven track record in selling complex enterprise solutions, ideally within the manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors. Alternatively background in consultancy, for complex concepts and solutions.
- Strong ability to manage long sales cycles and engage with C-level decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership and make a direct impact in a fast-growing startup.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A structured, strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and drive business growth.
