- Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Lead Direct Procurement (w/m/d) an einem unserer Standorte in Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Nürnberg oder München.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung für den nationalen Einkauf von Marktforschungsleistungen, sowohl auf strategischer als auch operativer Ebene
- Aufbau und Führung eines Procurement ExcellenceTeams in Deutschland
- Begleitung und Unterstützung von Change-Prozessen
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristig erfolgreicher Partnerschaften, um ein stabiles und qualitativ hochwertiges Dienstleistungsangebot zu gewährleisten
- Durchführung, Verhandlung und Abschluss nationaler Rahmenverträge
- Entwicklung von Effizienzsteigerungsstrategien und -maßnahmen sowie Führen von Verhandlungen zur Kostenminimierung - unter Einhaltung hoher Qualitätsstandards
- Marktbeobachtung und Erkennen von Trends zur Sammlung von Benchmark-Daten für Preisgestaltung und Qualität
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Global Procurement und mit unseren Business Units

**Dein Profil**:

- Drei bis fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Direct Procurement von Dienstleistungen
- Strategisches, betriebswirtschaftliches und ergebnisorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und hohe Prozessorientierung
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Change Management und der Marktforschung
