Procurement & Supply Chain Academy Lead (F/m/x)

**The role**:
As the Procurement and Supply Chain Academy Lead, you will be responsible for establishing a global procurement and supply chain training academy for Hellofresh staff. You will be responsible for designing and implementing an industry-accepted curriculum that includes external verifications and training to ensure a best-in-class team. Your role will be to help people to achieve a qualification program that enhances their skills and knowledge in procurement and supply chain management.

**What you'll do**:

- Develop and implement a global procurement and supply chain training academy
- Design an industry-accepted curriculum that includes external verifications and trainings
- Develop a qualification program that enhances the skills and knowledge of Hellofresh staff in procurement and supply chain management
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and design relevant training programs
- Manage and oversee the procurement and supply chain training academy, including the training calendar, resources, and budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers, industry bodies, and academic institutions
- Work closely with the Procurement & SCM team to build a world-class procurement academy covering aspects such as game theory-based negotiations, supply and inventory planning concepts, and other relevant procurement and supply chain management topics
- Work closely with the HRBP to harmonize the job families across the procurement and supply chain staff globally
- Benchmark the current salary structures with the industry to provide a recommendation for future vision
- Track and measure the effectiveness of the procurement and supply chain training academy and make recommendations for improvements
- Continuously research new and innovative training methods and techniques to improve the training academy
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies relating to procurement and supply chain management

**What you'll bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs for procurement and supply chain management
- Previous experience in managing a team of trainers and training resources
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain management best practices and industry trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and self-management skills with a strong focus on teamwork.
- Proficient in English, customer-oriented, and able to interact with business leaders and vendors at a senior level.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in working in a global environment is preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a focus on continuous process improvement
- Ability to lead and influence business partners, team members, and other stakeholders, present ideas effectively, and facilitate discussion with multiple inputs
- Change management, process improvement, and risk assessment skills with experience managing hybrid and flexible delivery-focused teams in a global organization
- Assertive, responsible, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex situations
- Interest in traveling abroad (travel requirements: up to 40% of time)
