Clay is the first mental health training club. Better than your average gym - we offer personalized training plans and a community for your mental matters, presented by real psychologists.

We founded on the belief that there should be a modern & digital approach to reaching mental health goals, one that encourages to openly talk about mental illness. One that removes the stigma of mental illness and is focused on preventive care.

Our product combines the latest science and best tech with experienced therapists.

Aufgaben
- Work alongside the clay's Marketing team to implement our marketing strategy and boost our growth
- Create daily social media content with common editing tools (mainly instagram stories, instagram posts)
- Conceptualise catchy and engaging written content for our campaigns
- Manage our Influencer marketing campaigns and build up long-term relations with brand ambassadors
- Manage community exchange
- Analyse the results of paid social media & influencer campaigns and adapt them continuously

Qualifikation
- You are a student or have recently successfully completed your studies in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- You are a real social media junky and are aware of trending designs and content ideas.
- You love to be creative and create own content.
- You speak German.
- First experience in Performance Marketing and Influencer Marketing a plus
- Passion for mental health and psychology topics.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Structured and result-oriented, combined with a hands-on mindset.
- Dynamic personality, full of energy and ideas.
- Passion for fast-growing start-up environments.
- Available for at least 3 months.
