Als Qualitätstechniker (m/w/d) arbeitest Du eng mit der Fertigung und den Lieferanten zusammen, um Prozesse und Verfahren zu etablieren, die eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualität gewährleisten. Zusammen mit der Fertigungstechnik, dem Supply Quality Engineering und den Zulieferern stimmst du Dich zu Produktspezifikationen, Anforderungen und Toleranzen ab. As a quality technician (M/F/d), you work closely with production and suppliers to establish processes and procedures that ensure consistently high quality. Together with manufacturing technology, supply quality engineering and suppliers, you agree on product specifications, requirements and tolerances. You are involved in the continuous optimization of products in terms of both costs and production technology. **What You'll Do** - Pflege von Produktqualitätsplänen und Kontrollplänen - Pflegen von Qualitätskennzahlen und Verfolgen von Problemen bis zur Lösung der Grundursache - Überprüfen der Fertigungslinie anhand der freigegebenen Fertigungsprozesse und -verfahren - Analyse und Disposition von Komponenten - und Produktfehlern als Mitglied des Material Review Board("Schadenstisch") - Durchführung von Fertigungsprüfschritten - Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse im Bereich Zelle - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsanweisungen- Maintain product quality plans and control plans - Maintain quality metrics and track issues to root cause resolution - Checking the production line against the approved manufacturing processes and procedures - Analysis and disposition of component and product defects as a member of the Material Review Board (“Damage Table”) - Carrying out manufacturing test steps - Support in error analysis in the cell area - Ensuring compliance with work instructions **What You'll Bring** - Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätsprüfung, - idealerweise in einer hochvolumigen Fertigungsumgebung (inc. Teile bis zu 15 kg zu heben und zu sortieren) - Erfahrungen in IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA sowie Controlplan bevorzugt - Ausgeprägte Begabung für elektronische Test - und Messsysteme sowie eine detailorientierte Arbeitsweise - Beherrschung des Interpretierens von mechanischen Zeichnungen und Schaltplänen - Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse von Lean Manufacturing - Praktiken, 5S, TPS, TQM u.a., als auch Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) - Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie - Grundkenntnisse in MS Word/Excel sind erforderlich, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil - Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit- Relevant professional experience in quality testing, ideally in a high-volumemanufacturing environment (incl. lifting and sorting parts up to 15 kg) - Experience in IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA and Control Plan preferred - Strong talent for electronic test and measurement systems as well as a detail-oriented way of working - Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings and circuit diagrams - Knowledge of lean manufacturing is desirable - Practices, 5S, TPS, TQM, etc., as well as Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) - Good knowledge of German language as well Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel is required, knowledge of English is an advantage - Willingness to work shifts Tesla is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
